The hiring of David is the culmination of an exhaustive search to find a premier talent to foster Grayco’s existing business in Texas and desire to provide immediate and local support following catastrophic weather perils.
David is an accomplished building envelope professional and subject matter expert (SME), with 20+ years’ experience consulting on commercial, industrial, institutional, municipal, historic, multifamily, residential and retail construction throughout the United States and abroad. His expertise in building envelope/roof design, re-roofing consulting, and wall cladding/fenestration knowledge will both reinforce existing and add new offerings under the umbrella of Grayco’s building envelope consulting services.

Prior to joining Grayco, David was an office practice leader and senior building consultant for TRC Companies. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC). David holds multiple registrations and certifications with industry organizations including Registered Roof Observer (RRO), Certified Level II Infrared Thermographer (CIT), Registered UAV Drone Operator and Air Barrier Auditor.
